Stuffed Peppers

Grandma Moe's Original Recipe



  1. Cut off tops (and save) and remove seeds
  2. Stuff with breadcrumb topping
  3. Put tops back on and brush peppers lightly with oil
  4. Fill lower tray of baking pan with water and cover with top grill plate
  5. Place peppers on grill plate (on their sides) and broil in oven
  6. Keep turning peppers until roasted looking (not black)
