Chicken Soup
Molly's Red Soup



  1. Put chicken in large pot.
  2. Cover with water until 2" over chicken
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Skim fat while boiling (about 5 minutes).
  5. Add celerey, carrots, onion, and parsley.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add squeezed tomatos.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Lower heat and cover (leave a little hole).
  10. Simmer for 45 minutes.

Fast Chicken-less Version
