Pork Chops with Stuffing
Mom Vid's Version



  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (both sides).
  2. Brown both sides in skillet using small amt. of margerine or oil (don't fully cook through).
  3. Spray bottom of baking pan with Pam.
  4. Blot grease off pork chops, then place them in the pan (single layer).
  5. Put a scoop of stuffing on each chop.
  6. Mix milk and soup.
  7. Cover chops/stuffing with soup/sauce.
  8. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
