Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put clams in cold water to open. If they are still difficult to open, quickly steam them.
  2. Open clams over a bowl and save the juice for clam sauce.
  3. Wash clams in their own juice.
  4. Drain juice with a handkerchief.
  5. Chop clams.
  6. Prepare marinara sauce with no salt.
  7. Add juice to finished marinara and bring to a boil.
  8. Add clams and let cook for 1-2 minutes on a medium (to high) flame.
