Chicken Paprikash
Mom Vid's Version



  1. Remove all skin from chicken, wash, pat dry.
  2. Cover all chicken with lemon juice. Salt each piece and put into large pot.
  3. Slice onions into long thin strands.
  4. Add onions to chicken in pot and turn on heat to simmer. If there's not much juice, add a little water.
  5. Once onions and chicken have released some juice, add paprika to taste (~1 tblspn ??).
  6. Continue to simmer until chicken is done (~45 min.??).
  7. Just before ready to serve, add sour cream and mix up.
  8. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
  9. Enjoy!
