Grandma Moe's Original Recipe



  1. Pull off florets
  2. Make a cut in the bottom of each stem
  3. Boil water with salt
  4. Rinse cauliflower and add to boiling water
  5. Boil for 10 minutes and then drain
  6. Make a batter using the Bisquick, eggs, pepper, and parsley
  7. Mix batter until it has a consistency like peanut butter (add milk if too thick)
  8. Roll cauliflower in batter and then roll battered cauliflower in breadcrumb
  9. Add cauliflower to boiling oil
  10. Keep turning cauliflower until it is brown on all sides
  11. Remove and drain on paper towels
